"Should have known something was up when I arrived on a Saturday with great weather and the parking lot was empty. Once inside there were double the sales people to customers. My salesperson must have just started as she had no idea whether Conn's even sold pillows and what they were priced at. Inside the store there was loud, very intrusive music. First time and last time visiting Conn's and couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Shocked that this location manages to stay open."

"Bri helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she was so patient with me and answered all my questions. Everyone else was very very friendly as well. And very welcoming. Everyone made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and make sure I left very happy. Great team!"

"This store #081 has great customer service. The Manager Ramon and our sale rep Alyssa were eager to help, assist and offer great prices. Just because of their great customer service, today we purchased what we needed….our printer, a projector and a countercade. Thank you so much for your super treatment we received. These employees are must to keep. Wonderful awesome expertise in respectful, smiles, we will definitely return to this store. Thanks again guys and keep up the awesome wrk!!"

"If I could select zero I would. The service is horrible. The do not have a sense of urgency or people care. They cause error and will not take accountability and try to resolve the customers concerns. Just shift you from one individual to the next. It’s ridiculous and sad. I would purchase a Lollipop from them, because you may get the wrong flavor and it will be your fault because accountability and resolutions are at the bottom of their list. I reached out to customer service and the young lady I spoke with in customer service seem to try to take accountability but at this point . Don’t shop Conns PERIOD."

"Bought a washing machine here, did most of my research online, they price matched to Best Buy which was 50$ cheaper. Make sure they aren’t adding additional parts (they tried charging for dryer duct and power cord, which you don’t need for a washing machine). Update: delivery was a disaster. I was scheduled and confirmed for delivery on Monday by text/phone call the night before. No one showed up or bothered to call saying they rescheduled for later in the week. They farm out their delivery to "a third party" who no one can ever get in contact with (in case your condo building needs a COI). I think I would buy an appliance from Best Buy or Home Depot in the future."
