"The food is always delicious! But the service is awful. Wait times for server to come to your table any where from 15-30 minutes. Sometimes wait over an hour to get food! Wait staff not trained well. Clearing plates onto each other at the table. Scraping food onto other plates at the table. Dropping food on the table then picking it up and putting it back on the plate to serve to you!"

"Holy frijoles! This is the first time me and my wife have tried Texas Bistro, for no other reason than never trying it, but always wanting to… This was the absolute BEST meal we’ve had in the city of New Braunfels, the tomatillo salsa was fresh and tangy and you have to try the crispy duck poppers! Imagine a twist on the traditional texas staple (jalapeño poppers) shredded duck with cream cheese and jalapeños on a bed of sweet caramelized onions, they were fantastic! The salmon had the perfect amount of seasoning and the salsa verde over the top sealed the deal, the squash was not drowning in liquid, still crunchy but tender, and the rice was perfectly cooked! The pasta is so FRESH! The citrus tones taste better every bite you take, the vegetables and chicken were not dry overcooked or under seasoned. Absolute win! Creme brûlée make in house was the icing on the cake! We will be back many times over whenever we need a date night or to take the kiddos out for a bite!"
"If you have never been to Texas Bistro, this is definitely a place you should check out. The food here is amazing. Prices are the same or better than Chili's. Way better food for the same cost. Try the Pecan Crusted Chicken. It will not disappoint. Probably the best chicken dish I have ever had. Update: Went back for happy hour. Their incredible 1/2 pound Burger's are only $10. They come with amazing fries. That is less than a No. 2 with cheese Whataburger. There is no comparison between those."
"Food was great. Went here with a group for a nice meal. Service was awesome and everyone’s meal was delicious. The restaurant could have used some background music but would love to come back here!"
