"Update: they didn't like my accurate review on Facebook and blocked me, way to go new business owner. I recommend taking the reviews and making the changes needed instead of ignoring them and blocking customers. Please work with your cooks on what moist brisket is. I ordered 1/4 lb. of brisket (moist) & 1/4 lb. of Jalapeño Cheddar sausage to go.....the brisket was dryer than a popcorn fart. I had hopes that the new ownership would turn this around but it hasn't yet. I'll give them another shot but it needs to step up."
"I visited right at opening, hoping for the freshest and best food. What I recieved wasn’t that. The young lady at the front was super sweet and spoke highly of the food. I ordered the ribs, brisket, sausage, macaroni & cheese and potato salad. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The meat all read dry and lacked seasoning. The macaroni was over done and dry as well. I spent $30 on my meal and hoped for much more."
"My order was good, but I was not pleased when I got to dessert. There was no vanilla wafers cookies in the banana pudding. I am hoping that this happen because it was the last of the banana pudding left. I did not have any eating utensils nor napkins in the bag when my door dash arrived."
"We arrived right at closing after a 12 hour drive looking for some great Texas Barbeque. The gracious staff and ownership served up cold beer and delicious meats! The turkey was moist, sausage spicy, brisket smoked to perfection, and the ribs melted in our mouths. I wished we had more time here, but our hosts made sure our experience was memorable. Do not wait! Make your way to Midlothian and enjoy a classic BBQ joint with style!"
"We have passed this place a few times and decided to give it a try. And we wasnt disappointed. Very good barbecue Our waitress was very attentive we didn't have to ask for anything she took really good care of us its nice and clean , friendly staff. The owner Was friendly as well she came over and talked to us for a few minutes"
