Great store and same prices as online. But it's important when people spend 5-7k on appliances to let them know when they arrive. If they can fix that part of service they will do great."

"Unbelievably poor service by sales man , Manny. Never keep his words. Full of BS. Ended up returning hood after wasting time with him over a month. Horrible experience. Will never even step into this store. Such a bad experience. Want to report him to the cooperate office for all the lies he did."
"This is the best place to purchase high end kitchen appliances. They will try hard to earn your business and accommodate you. Lots of these products have the same ticket price/arguably the same price, no matter where you shop, so its all about customer service and care. Our sales man was Mark and the delivery crew was headed by Raphael. The delivery was 100% top notch as well. Please go visit Mark and staff!! We bought a fridge just before noon and I had cold wine by 6pm....we had some lucky circumstances but still... they made it happen!!!"
