"Bought a refrigerator for $300. 3days later The refrigerator was not holding any temperature. They came out and fixed it. Refrigerator was cold for about one week Refrigerator had not worked since. I called them back. They said that there’s no refund or warranties. This place is selling broken refrigerators, and not willing to fix them.!!!!"
"Just bought an old refrigerator here and I looked it over and I though it was working properly. I understand the policy was "As is" (No warranty). One day after purchase I installed it and realized that the filter had not been changed ,so as a refurbished appliance I would have expected it to have been replaced , but it had not. But that's what it is so no big deal. So for now I've finished installing it and it began to spill water. I looked it over and found that the hose on the left door had been torn out and looks pretty old. Unless they had placing the ice in by hand , I cant understand how the refrigerator had been working when on display. Now its been plugged in all day and I realized that the whole appliance isn't working as it should (Not cooling. Still warm inside the refrigerator). It cost me 200 and 30 some after taxes and now I have two not working refrigerators. Ended up losing more."
"Have been buying appliances from here since 2015, never had a problem with my two washers, dryer or fridge. Prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch - they even helped this ole gal load them each time onto my truck. 'Bout to buy another washer for my daughter...because real service and friendly customer care draws my loyalty every time! Thanks for being there for my family, SS Appliance Store!!!"
"Do not do business with this company!!! Paid to have Washer and dryer installed 30 min later my living room was flooded. I contacted store manager Richard and he stated that they do not clean up water damage and that they are unwilling to provide any cleanup services nor copies of insurance. Do not do business with this company. Please expect a call from my lawyer because all I asked was for someone to come cleanup the water."
