Chick-fil-A

"I love chick fil A, and so do my kids. I was a frequent customer at this location but today i got a veggie wrap and i received it with a hair net. I approached the manager, and she didnt even apologize. Then i got a replacement and it was completely frozen on the inside. I called the manager again and she didnt apologize or anything she just offered to give me the money back for the wrap within 2 days...? most places are like what can we do? how can you improve your experience, but she honestly provided a bad service. Her crew was very apologetic, but i was very disappointed with the managers attitude. Also, 2 months ago i also went to get a salad, and got food poisoning. It seems to me like the only food that is handled appropriately is the fried stuff, like the chicken sandwich, but i would not try to get salads or wraps or even grilled food at this location."

"The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. We walk in and are asked to take a seat and they will come take our order to dine in. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come over and no one ever did. Did not stay long enough to order or receive anything. A young couple walked in maybe 6 minutes after us to get a table and they got served right before we started walking out. We weren’t even given a menu so I had to walk around to find one. The “order taking” system is not working there. Maybe try to carry out and you can be helped."

"My honey pepper pimento didn’t come with any pimento. Huge disappointment. Edit: I went back to the restaurant to return the sandwich for a refund (I didn’t take a single bite of it) and they refused to refund me for the mistake. This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve received at any fast food establishment."

"I’ve never had a problem with Chick Fila but today was the exception. The breakfast sandwich I got was half the size of normal. The chicken patty was paper thin and the parts that had meat tasted like jerky. Unacceptable."

"Friday 5/5/23 I had ordered just a lemonade curbside, thinking it would be faster between my jobs. I placed my order at 2:35pm. I wait because I see they were in the middle of shift change, so it really didn’t bother me. 10 minutes pass and people that have actually bags of food and drinks are getting their orders. Thinking I was going to get mine. Didn’t think anything of it. Really tried being understanding since I’m in the industry myself. Look at the clock and it’s 3:00pm. So I turned my car off went inside, and asked for my drink that I waited for 25 minutes. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. All I got was a sorry, not let me make this right for you. Today 5/8 I ordered a grilled chicken egg white muffin, went to run my errands and get home, open it up, and it’s completely burnt, and the cheese wasn’t even on the muffin. Just messy in general. I really tried giving them another chance, but today did it for me. Whoever is on shift, I would like to know if you would eat it yourself? Hoping management does the right thing in the future."
