"Great place to grab breakfast with the family! Food was tasty and service really friendly! They have healthier options and substitutes! Try to plan ahead and get they earlier than you expect to be eating because waiting can be around an hour during the weekend."
"Service started out spectacularly but then went downhill fast. Waitress handed us the check before we were even finished. Made us feel rushed. She only checked in on us once. After asking her for napkins 3 times, she finally brought them but not before getting snarky with me. I didn't even bother to ask for a drink refill. When my family and I were about to finish eating, a medium sized roach came charging at us right next to our heads. Showed her the roach and she just walked off without saying a word to us. No apologies whatsoever. Made the mistake of ordering the "all you can eat" fish fry. Like I mentioned earlier, we were handed the check and were never asked if we'd like more fish. We thought that was odd since we also wanted to order dessert. She assumed we were done. Forgot we ordered that specific plate. When I asked if we could have more she got snarkey again and told me "not to worry since that won't change my bill" ( her exact words). I mentioned that I thought she had forgotten but while I was speaking, she walked off and left me talking. This was a very unpleasant dinning experience for my family and I. Tonight was our very first time at the Katy location. We always go to the Sugar Land location. This will be our very last time dining at this location."

"We had a great experience at this diner. The staff was very friendly! Brenda, our server, was very kind, upbeat, & provided hot food and kept our drinks full! Highly recommend if you are in the Katy area!!"
