"I went here for a birthday lunch. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Very clean and chic. They added some winter holiday decor. I liked my food, which was the braised short rib, and my drink, the spicy peacharita. They split checks for large parties. The waitress was polite as well. The only thing I disliked was the $10 flat charge per person for being part of large party (6 or more; we had 8). A percentage of each bill would be more fair, especially if someone only got a $10 drink and paid the same in fees. I’ve been told it’s better to go during happy hour so that would be my same suggestion. I would return but only for another special occasion."

"I got invited to a friend's birthday brunch at Pearl and Vine in Katy, TX, and the experience was superb! From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were impressed by the elegant atmosphere. The dining room was warmly lit and decorated with modern furnishings, and the outdoor patio was a beautiful space to enjoy a meal on a sunny day. We were seated at a table outside the patio and our server greeted us promptly and took our drink orders. Some of my friends decided to order cocktails,which, according to them, were both refreshing and delicious. Once we had our drinks, we began to look over the brunch menu. There were many tempting options to choose from, but we ultimately decided to order the waffles and chicken and the chicken fried steak. When our food arrived, we were immediately blown away by the presentation. The waffles were topped with a generous amount of crispy chicken, fresh berries, and whipped cream, and the chicken fried steak was served with a side of gravy and mashed potatoes. But the presentation was only the beginning. The food was absolutely delicious! The waffles were light and fluffy, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the chicken fried steak was juicy and flavorful. The gravy was rich and creamy, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery. We all savored every bite of our meals, and we were all very impressed with the quality of the food at Pearl and Vine. In addition to the amazing food, we also enjoyed excellent service from our server. He was attentive and friendly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, our brunch experience at Pearl and Vine was superb. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was well-pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great brunch experience in Katy, TX."

"My recent visit to Pearl and Vine restaurant was a mixed experience. Chelsea, our server, was truly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu which we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere at Pearl and Vine was wonderful, creating a comfortable and inviting setting especially with the live music! It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the evening. However, I must mention that the food fell short of our expectations. The stale chips were a disappointment, and the pork barbecue caramelized onion pizza lacked the expected taste. It was very bland and the meat was so dry. However, we really enjoyed this place and would be back and would recommend it for a nice evening out."
