"One of the best McAlisters I’ve ever been to. The new gm Jayden was very welcoming and asked if my food was good and even asked if I needed a refill on my drink. I loved the customer service and the food, I definitely will be a returning customer!"
"I really enjoyed my sandwich with tortilla soup. Everything was really good and staff was very nice but if you are on a time crunch this may not be the location for me. It seemed as though they were short staffed cause everyone was waiting for their food and one young man was doing everything upfront. I know alot of companies right now are short staffed so I won't hold that against. I will definitely try again when I am in the area."
"So me and my bff ordered food for us and grandma for mother's day. App went through . At end said pick up on Monday. Omg. So frantically called for 20 min on the way there. It was 6:45 pm. We get there and they have a sign that says closing at 6 pm for mother's day. So no way to get refund no one answering phone, no food and my friend is out over $60.00. We are not alone about 10 more ppl pulled up while we waited. Very unprofessional. A kid with purple hair walked out and two kids sitting outside. No one knew what to do about orders. Horrible customer service from this company. Order door dash , GrubHub, or Uber eats , never ever order from them directly cuz they just gonna take your money"
