"Ordered the new shroom n Swiss burger was given a random burger on some tiny buns went in to figure where my food was and the cashier just shrugged and said "oh we're out of the sourdough buns so we put it on a regular bun" "they should be telling people that" here's the thing her took my order and handed me my food and only 3 people are in there at the moment so he for sure knew and just didn't tell me and did offer to compensate me for the mistake as a result here you another failed transaction from a Burger King that cant gets its stuff together. Bad form."

"New management, new staff. Tried the wraps and they hit a HOMERUN. Support local business and enjoyed the great building next to the Tex Stop. Huge convenience here now. Place is clean and atmosphere is great. Burgers for breakfast a huge plus."

"I just ordered 2 impossible kings which should have been $6.99 but was charged $12.96. I didn’t have the total read back so I assumed it was fine but noticed immediately once I got my receipt. So, I went inside and pointed it out and the guy at the front was polite enough and confirmed I was indeed correct so grabbed who I assume was his manager. She first tried to basically gaslight me saying there was no issue several times, but after I politely explained why it was wrong she then just said “we don’t do refunds”. I am not that pressed about essentially having 5 bucks stolen, but it was honestly just startling that not only was there no refund or credit but she was not even apologetic in the slightest and even expressed annoyance with me even though I was very calm… Edit: I now see other reviewers had the same issue with being overcharged They also mistook my order down but hey sometimes people mishear you so that’s fine."

"This place is unbelievable. I placed a simple order for a Texas Double Whopper meal. The menu board says that it is $10.59 and that the sandwich itself is $7.56. The employee gave me a final total of $13 and some change. When I asked why it was so much more than the $10.59, she said that was the price of the burger alone. I explained that the menu board said differently, and I took a picture of it to show her. She insisted that it was for the burger alone and asked the manager, who told me the same thing. I am not sure why they would argue with me when they are simply not honoring their advertised price. I'd imagine that POSSIBLY either their register or menu board needs to be updated, but I'm sure that some register training and customer service training is in order. I didn't complete the transaction since there was no point in arguing with them. I can say though that I'll never go back and advise others to check the prices they are being charged."

"The 2nd window lady had a little of a attitude. The food took to long to get to the window, she acted like she had no idea what she was doing. I can't believe they forgot to give me my drinks that the first thing you do as a fast food worker. Got my order wrong, but the fries were hot. When I try to call them back because of the mistake they never answer their phone I called more than 5 times. At least the drive thru was clean. I'm willing to give them another try the next time I go back. Mind you there was no one behind me."
