"ATTN: SEE VIDEO This is what it is like having NO control over shop foreman’s thinking they know more about disposing refrigerant rather than me a “certified & licensed” technician themselves. Sadly, to say CCUSA has operated and provides body installs with unlicensed welders, unlicensed electricians, and NOW unlicensed HVAC technicians. Leadership/ Management has derailed due to complacent! ----IF LOOKING FOR A HOSTILE WORKPLACE---THIS IS IT. My personal experience, shop foreman’s have said they would shoot me, witnessed them telling another employee the same, and have been told that they said the same to a 3rd. Management just told me there was the door. The door never left my mind since!!!!!!!"
