"I came in for a takeout order of Orange Chicken last night which turned out to be the best Orange Chicken I had ever eaten there but apparently a lady came in to return $40 worth of food for a refund claiming the Orange Chicken was bad, chewy and that her kids spit it out. The Staff handled the situation the best way possible by issuing a refund however, if it were up to me I would have told this customer that if she and her kids" continue having problems with the food and coming back for refunds that maybe they should find better food someplace else. The fact that I could attest the food was great leads me to believe this is common practice & the kids part was fictitious. My only negative was being unable to reach them by phone afterwards to voice this opinion."
"2 stars because the food does taste good. The waiter was polite. It was drive thru so I wouldn’t comment on the atmosphere. But if you’re looking to feed your family, UNDERSTAND, the family potions are EXTREMELY small. Buy the plates instead. Cuz they just robbed me. They gave me 3 big boxes of noodles and rice and a TINY 2 boxes of meat. I’m pissed. They know what they’re doing. 4-5 serving in all fairness feeds 2 ppl. I have 4 ppl in my family and we can’t even have seconds."
"Horrible !!! Went and they made a deal about refilling a soda for .25 cents .mind we went twice since we didn’t want to go to Panda Express . First order was so dry and hard the second time we went the old dark Mexican short lady had a huge attitude for no reason and as well as the drive through chick. Never going back again don’t waste your money here . Sorry people representing and devaluing a restaurant . $45 could’ve got us better food at the new restaurant besides them"
"The food's ok. I wasn't pleased at the lady taking orders who came out. Like damn, quit rushing me and let me finish ordering. She kept cutting me off with "is that it?" while I'm still ordering food. Well if you let me finish it'll be it."
