"Confusing towing rates. $125 to be towed a mile away but $65 hook up and $4 per mile?? Makes no sense. Then called me back and said he couldn’t make it cuz his tow truck broke down."

"When you call you get a voicemail but the owner does eventually return your call. My main beef is that the staff that was on duty did not know what they were doing as far as the paperwork in the office or how much the balance was to obtain the vehicle. Plus they lost the key to the vehicle which was left in the ignition due to this being an accident and the driver being transported by ambulance to the hospital. And when I got to the vehicle somebody had already went into it because there were tools of ours on the ground outside the vehicle. On top of that we had the title to the vehicle in the glove box so I informed the owner of that so I could get access to the vehicle and now he won't give me the title. And he's threatening to sell the vehicle in violation of state law after only one week and I have not been given a certified letter yet or any notice that they even had the vehicle I had to hunt it down. I do not recommend doing business with Gary, the owner or this establishment."

"I bought a suburban from them. I thought at first they were just small town honest people. The transmission was rebuilt with a one year warranty. Allegedly, they had serviced the engine and everything was ready to go. Got it home, took it through a car wash, a drive through carwash, and it shut off. It restarted and then i was in limp mode. Called the seller who accused me of spraying it directly with high pressure water. I got that problem resolved. Then the blower motor for the a.c. quit. The wires from the control module to the blower motor were connected with household wire nuts. Fixed that. Then the belt for the air compressor let go as did the tensioner (on this freshly serviced engine mind you). And now for the grand finale. I pulled up to the gas station pulling my 22 foot offshore boat. Put it in park. walked to pay the person cash. Heard something and looked back and the suburban and boat are rolling away! I ran to truck, maybe I didn't have it completely in park I thought? Nope it is in park. I set the parking break (that ii had to rebuild because it was worn out), crawled under to see what was happening. The shift cable passes through and is pinned to a metal bracket. Half of the plastic and the pin was missing and all that was anchoring the shift cable to the metal bracket was a ZIP TIE!! I was able to stop the vehicle in time, but it was close. Almost killed a child. 4 more feet and it would have. So, in short, this shop does terrible work Almost killed a child. Do not buy a vehicle here. Do not buy a vehicle from these morons. They saved money not buying a cable in order to save a buck. Could have been terrible. This isn't over. Ill be suing."

"They replaced an ignition coil and spark plugs as well as a fan clutch on my Ford truck and didn't use the correct tools for the job on the fan clutch. I had to bring it back due to my serpentine belt slipping off. They replaced the pulley that they said caused it to slip off. My serpentine belt slipped off again messing up my power steering pump. There's no way I'll use them for a third time after that work. They charged way too much for the work they did and I can't and won't recommend them to friends and family. Use Hudson's automotive they take care of Veterans."

"On the way back to Houston, engine check night came on. Stopped by this auto shop. Was told there shouldn't be a serious issue and instructed to watch the cooling water temperature. He provided the diagnosis for free. It turned out i was able to drive back safely. Very appreciated the service!"
