"Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Employee that claims his name was Alex was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. Would not test her low voltage battery because he said they close in 45 minutes. He suggested that she should leave her car on the Advance Auto parking lot overnight. I asked for a manager but he said they did not have one on duty. I had to boost her car to get it to the store so they could check the whole system. Went to the Camp Wisdom location with NO issues. Platinum Die Hard battery/ 3yr warranty/ Battery was purchased 5 months ago."
