"The food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Logan was my waiter. He was nice and attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. If you want exceptional service next time your there ask for him, you won’t be disappointed."

"The restaurant appears to be in its final months of operation. It has struggled with staffing ever since COVID, but has not seemed to overcome this challenge as well as most others. During this visit (and others over the past couple of years) we waited too long to be seated in a half empty dining room about 6:30 PM on a Saturday. We watched as several parties turned around and left before being seated. For some reason there's always a problem getting our drinks from the bar in a timely manner, with the server saying the bartender is "backed up." There were four people sitting at the bar and the bartender not showing any signs of being overly busy. One person came in, sat at the bar for 5 minutes, then left after no acknowledgement or service. There was one or two of the staff that seemed to have a sense of urgency but the rest did not. I hate seeing this because we love the food at OTB but it won't survive without changes."

"Service at this location was terrible on 2/22. My wife and I waited 35 minutes for our drinks when they finally showed up one was wrong. Took another 15 minutes to correct and finally take or food order. Watch 2 tables that were seated after us get there second round before we had our first. They were not very busy. No offer to make things right. Just oh you have not got your drinks yet. I would not recommend this location if you want decent service."

"When we got there Friday night at about 7:30, the parking lot was almost empty. When we got in there were only a few tables being used, however the host had to go wipe down a table for us to use. We were taken to our table but not given menus. Our waitress came by to take our order but we couldn’t give it because we still had no menus. She gave us some and we ordered the fish tacos (not pictured) and the Border Queso Beef Enchiladas. My husband said his fish tasted like the lowest quality fish sticks he’s ever had, and my dish came to me with cold beans and rice and salsa verde on top of my queso. Not a big deal except that it looked like salsa that was weeks old at best (not to mention most of my plate being cold). I asked for them to fix it, which they did. However the second plate I received (pictured) had hard, undercooked tortillas and when I tried to cut the enchilada to eat, all the filling fell out. Honestly there was barely any filling anyways. It just looked and tasted so unappetizing that I only ate 2 bites. Our service also wasn’t great because they had our poor waitress serving, bussing tables, making tortillas, and who knows what else. It took us forever to get out of there. Also ladies, I did go to the restroom there, and while it was decently clean, the gaps in the doors are so large that you don’t get much privacy when doing your business. You could make full on eye contact with the other persons whole eyeball if you wanted too. Just creepy and uncomfortable."

"It was a beautiful night out. Had the Borderita and it was very tasty. Always have to order queso. Border sampler is the perfect combo when you can't make up your mind. There weren't many people there but service was a little slow. At least we got to watch the Stars game."
