"The store was not open during business hours. So I called the store to let them know I had arrived for a curbside pick up as stated in your email, the worker who answered the phone responded with “we don’t do that” and that I had to go in. I let her know the door is not open she stated she knew, I continued to wait until 10:16."

"I have gone to Hibbett twice to get shoes. Cleburne once and Ft Worth Once. Both times when I ask for my daughter's size the associate turns and comes back within 2 minutes and says we don't have that size. When I look online it tells me they do and I can pick up in store. Is this a staff issue or inventory issue? I ended up ordering online and ship to home tonight but why? Manager needs to stop the chatty staff and maybe have them do Inventory. I usually have to interrupt their conversations to get help as well."

"Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had!!!!! Talk about hovering over ya like there desperate for a sale but dam.we left because they were making me feel like the store was closing in on me and my wife. First time and the last time I go into this place again short of being offered free shoes. Sorry but I believe in help but your standing on top of me with two other right there as well. Who ever owns this place need to teach these ppl how to conduct business not hover over me I’m not gonna steal a single shoe off the wall"
