"I finally got around to visiting this Starbucks as I was in the area and they were absolutely spot on. The service was fantastic, my barista was super nice, friendly and conversational and my drink was perfect. I wish I lived closer as my local Starbucks has just recently been going down the tubes again. Will definitely be back here in the future!"

"Worst ever store of starbucks i ever visited. It seems only drive through are the customers. It took over 17 minutes to get a simple Americano and Capo Starbucks standard sizes are small medium and large that is Tall Grande Venti. Such stupid server that when I asked her small she gave me kids 8oz. I said small not kids. Corporate should look at their training. Customers are in store too not just on drive through. Shuck"

"I had ordered a drink and banana bread through my app and stopped at the store to collect it. Then my husband also wanted a drink, so I went in and ordered that for him using my scan code from my app. So obviously the name on the two orders was the same. The first order came promptly. But the the order did not arrive at all. I waited almost 25 minutes watching all other drinks being made thinking mine would be made in some time. Finally I went and asked at reception. She asked my name and then got my order from the drive-thru section. Not sure how long it was sitting there. I had ordered my drink extra hot but the drink had become “extra warm”. So, don’t be like me and ask for your drink after 5 minutes."

"Been going to Starbucks for much longer than I'd like to admit, & experienced a lot of changes, since they opened in Seattle, WA... most notably, less bang for my bucks, which has impacted frequency of visits significantly. I rarely drink Starbucks coffee anymore; it is too bitter, but I will enjoy an occasional #ChaiLatte or #LondonFog, when the rewards offered make the purchase worth my time. I will occasionally buy #EggButes, if/when I need a quick, clean refuel, & a bakery item, during the holidays only. Most of the staff have become more genuine in their 'welcome & service', since they opened, but would do Starbucks a favor in terms of creating more profits , if they would smile & engage the customers more when picking up products. Free WiFi availabile. This Starbucks is a small footprint retail store, w/limited stock on the shelves. I suggest the #SunriseRoundRock store for greater variety. #Starbucks #MainStreetTaylor location is easy in, but the parking vs drive-thru entrance is a nightmare... poorly planned & executed."

"I have only ever been through the drive thru at this location before, and usually it is a speedy and pleasant experience. This afternoon, my daughter and I went inside. Unfortunately, the indoor acoustics are really poor, so it was super loud inside. My daughter and I ordered one after the other. She received her coffee and sandwich right away. After 15 minutes, I had not gotten my latte. Plain iced latte. So I walked up to the counter to inquire about my order. The woman didn’t verbally respond, just pulled a sticker and showed it to me. Then she proceeded to make two other drinks before the latte. So I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for a latte. There wasn’t a crowd inside and no line outside when we left. I won’t be going inside again."
