"Changing my 5 star review because of the terribly rude person taking orders with the backed up line. There are 2 lanes for this reason, so I obviously went to the other lane where I was completely ignored for several cars. I just ended up leaving without ordering because it felt like I'd never get to order. What's the point of having the other lane open if you're not even going to help anyone in it?"
