I was having such a rough day and stopped by to get some coffee on the way home from work and the worker Mariah saw I was having a bad day and gave me encouraging words that made my day! "Very disturbed by how rude the drive through staff was on my visit today. The screen is not working and I could barely hear the drive through attendant so I asked them to repeat themselves very NICELY to ensure she heard me correctly. She responded very rudely with an attitude and rushed me through my order. Her name was Mariah. I asked for name from another staff member. My drink was made incorrectly but I didn’t bother with asking for it to be remade. Please fix your drive through window and train your employees to properly interact with customers at high times of stress and volume."
"I had the Pumpkin Spice latte. It was very good. The baristas were very nice, professional and friendly. They was no line when I went ínside. Probably because it was the day after Thanksgiving."
