"Rice was burnt or uncooked, hard to tell which. Tortillas were lightly warmed. Sodas have way too much foam. I understand it was rush hour but if you're giving people attitude; you best be a regular Speedy Gonzales.i don't mind waiting, I do mind when I'm treated as extra work."
"Visit in this location after it has re-opened. The customer service I received was bare minimum to none. The workers didn’t look like they enjoyed what they were doing, and the way they prepare the food shoulder as well. I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s around Arlington and I can tell you that this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Now I will give it another chance sometime in the future to see if anything has changed, and I will update as review based off of my second time visiting the specific location Update. Gave it another shot. I shot up a little bit after opening maybe about two hours workers were not there. Maybe they were short staffed again after the re-open this place has gotten worse."
"My husband ordered for him and I since I'm sick, he ordered mine with no meat and specified to the person taking the order 3 times to not give me the vegan cheese sauce. Both of our meals had vegan cheese. It tastes TERRIBLE! The new vegan cheese is truly the worst. The first time we were accidentally given it i thought it was the normal cheese sauce gone rancid. I'm giving three stars because it REALLY depends on whose working with what kind of expirence you'll get."
"It took more than 20 minutes to get my order ready . but first I had an ordeal because the person who served me was rude and impolite and when I asked to speak to the manager the manager told me that he had many orders to attend to and that he couldn't talk to me . That seems to me to be in very bad taste and this is not how you serve a customer. I do not recommend this place and I will not return to any Taco Bell."
"Says “Open daily” 7am-2am. Its 8:20am…it’s closed…. Put a sign or something we got orders to pick up. It would be greatly appreciated if the taco bell employees would put a sign on that door instead of hide in the back. That’s just laziness."
