"As someone who has worked/operated a service center for over a decade, I understand better than most that people make mistakes. But I also understand the impact of those small mistakes on a business, cause you get people like me who take to the internet to share their experience. Got my truck serviced on 2/10/24, oil change and tire rotation. The staff, including Tim the manager, are great. I did not have an appointment, but wait was a little bit longer which I expected. I left there and went and met family for lunch a few miles down the road and smelt burning oil the entire way. Get to the restaurant and pop my hood, and my right side valve cover is covered in oil and all the screw holes are filled with oil. I can see where the tech tried to clean up the spilt oil, just did a bad job of doing it. I’ve spilt my fair share of oil trying to fill a motor back up after doing a service, but if you make a mess, clean it up! Or at least let the customer know that they may smell oil burning from a spill that occurred when filling up the motor, cause then I could have got it cleaned up the right way. Next concern is that my truck is over filled on oil, not by a lot, but it’s definitely enough to warrant speaking about. Unfortunately this is the first time that I have had a service done on my truck there, and it will be the last. When you pay $130 for a oil change and tire rotation(the manager did give me a valve stem cap that I was missing on one of my tires which I was thankful for), I at least expect it to be done correctly."
