"The staff is amazing but all summer every order about 3 times a week I have tried (unsuccessful) to order ice cream . Just plain old vanilla ice cream . Cannot get it from this location . The employees try to talk me into a shake or some other cold drink . I don't want a cold drink I want ice cream and don't want to drive across town to get it . Fix the dang machine please."
"The service was okay. The speaker wasn't working well, they had to come outside to get the order. The bacon cheeseburger had a sweet barbecue sauce on it. I truly did not like it, nor did I finish the sandwich."
"On more than one occasion, and more often than not, they are unable to have their full menu available. Twice within the last two weeks I tried to order a hot fudge sundae. Only to be told they could not make them. Is it an ordering issue? Supply chain issue? Doesn’t seem to affect other locations that are close to me. Or even the other chains near me. So I will no longer visit this establishment. My money and business will be going to DQ or Handel’s when it comes to ice cream and such."
