Chicken Express

"I had to wait for my order to be cooked. I always order gizzards, and they prepare upon ordering. Everyone was nice. They had me pull up out of the way. When food was prepared it was brought out. My food was hot, which I loved."

"We stopped at chicken express on collin for lunch and the food was delicious. Nice and freshly made. The fish was crispy and the Cole slaw so creamy unlike other places. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious that I had to eat 2 portions. And Sammy was nice and attentive and even took our food to our table. Great food and great customer service."

"Greetings and Salutations. Unfortunately, our experience at this Chicken Express was far from satisfactory. We ordered a family meal consisting of 25 tenders and two sides, specifically mashed potatoes and French fries, for which we paid $55.20. Given that my aunt was unwell and this was her request, I willingly picked up the order, even though there was a brief wait in the line, the service was efficient, and the staff were friendly. Regrettably, upon returning home, which was merely a short distance from the restaurant, we discovered that the food had gone cold, and the mashed potatoes were missing. We promptly contacted the restaurant, only to be told by the manager that we would need to return the food for a replacement or receive a 25% discount on our next order. This offer seemed unreasonable to us, as we had no desire to spend more money at the same establishment for a mere 25% off. It's essential to note that we do not hold the manager responsible; rather, we question the policy set by Chicken Express. In most other dining establishments, they would readily offer to remake and replace the order. Advice : check your order before you leave."

"A decent meal that is generally consistent. The food tasted as to be expected. I only get Chicken-Express once every 2 years when I come back to town and was pleased with my dinner."

"I’ve never really had a problem with this location before. Or at least not enough to post something hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Today was different tho. I came by to get what I normally order: 2 #1s, Spicy. First off, they weren’t spicy they were normal despite me explicitly saying Spicy I guess the guy (yes it was a guy who took my order) either didn’t hear me, tho it seems unlikely, or just didn’t know how to put that into the order. That’s the minor part however. I don’t like to complain and while they weren’t spicy it’s not a make or break issue for me but please do better and ask questions if you aren’t sure next time. I’ve worked in food, I know how crazy and rude someone customers can be but it’s still better to make sure instead of assuming. Now for the real reason I’m posting. We found a bone in one of our tenders as pictured below. Never had this happen before, but it’s still shouldn’t because that’s extremely dangerous especially when you are eating something that is supposed to NOT have bones in it. Please be careful and check your products before handing them out. We are all okay here other than some teeth that hurt from biting into something that shouldn’t have been there. Nothing serious, but I’d hate this type of stuff to happen to other customers. Otherwise never had a problem with you guys."
