"They have 5 people working on pizzas and mine is still on prep and I ordered almost 24 min ago. I made sure to put my timer on because I didn’t want to be late picking it up. While their prices are not bad I wish they had a hot and ready option like little Cesar’s. Also TELL THE TRUTH if I would have known my pizza was going to take more than 30 min to make I would have gone somewhere else. Took 34 min"

"I ordered a pizza and a salad from this location in the late afternoon. The pizza was fine and as expected. The salad, as you can see in the attached photo, was less than edible. I tried to get a refund for the salad online to no avail, as there was no way to bypass the bot that passes for customer service. Therefore, I tried calling the store. The phone not only wasn't answered, it didn't even ring. All I wanted was a simple refund. I've spent over 30 minutes on this now. I remember when restaurants used to stand up for their products. Unfortunately, Domino's does not seem to be one of those companies."
