"First off, the AI taking orders is horrible. Hire a real person. The food quality has gone down hill as well as the portion size. they have changed to a small shorter food container which doesn't allow for a full serving to be placed in each slot. I belive the original size of the portion was 8oz it is now cut down to 6oz, but the price has gone up 4%."
"Ricec is always undercooked. Can't take one bite without feeling like I'm eating rocks. Same quality every time we get food from there. Never going back"
"Management tells employees to skimp on shrimp but the standard amount is supposed to be 7-8 pieces per serving. Dishonest location- go to another location to get your money’s worth. They will serve you as little food as possible."
