"We were one of two people dining in this visit. Hands down the best barbecue in town! And can we talk about that cream corn?! Wow! Amazing amazing amazing and then more amazing! The worker working the late lunch shift was extremely patient with us while we took time to figure out what we wanted, he was very helpful in suggestions and input and I can honestly say this was the absolute hands down best late lunch I’ve had in years! Can’t say enough good about Soulman’s!!!! Must eat!"

"Very skimpy. $42 dollars for my son and myself to eat. Had turkey plate with two sides and a drink. Still hungry when I left. Only positive is the ice cream machine works now."

"I ordered online and my order was pretty much ready besides the drink, and two of the sides they had to put in my bad. My guess is so it’s fresh. I got the Out of Site Special (chopped beef sandwich with two sides of Texas corn and ranch beans), a turkey kids meal with fried okra and a drink, banana pudding, and small side of Mac n cheese. The turkey and beef were flavorful and juicy, the fried okra was top tier, and corn was good as well. The ranch beans and Mac n cheese was lacking in flavor a bit but cooked well. Definitely will be back if I’m over on that side of town:l."
