Firehouse Subs Lewisville

"Let me start by saying this location isn’t usually bad. They’ve got my order right multiple times but lately they have been leaving ingredients off of my sandwiches and it’s a huge inconvenience for the prices here. I reached out to Vance Reynolds, who I’m assuming is the manager and he offered me free chips and a drink as compensation for my sandwiches being incorrect. I just don’t think this is acceptable. Chips and a drink were never the problem, I never get a drink. I just wanted to be compensated for my time and the inconvenience that was caused multiple times. A solution that had something to do with the main issue, which was the sandwich. But it just didn’t happen. When I asked him about it in the store he was very rude and dismissive saying, “you don’t have to take it”. So this will be my last time eating at this establishment. Prices are too high for the service to be this I’ll mannered."

"First time here. I wasn't impressed at all. My order was forgotten, literally watched other people order and get there food. I was given no receipt for the transaction but I was billed. Had I known it was going take 40mins to make one meatball sandwich, I would have never gone here. Thanks for the cold but should have been hot sandwich. And please don't respond like you care, I have read the previous comments and how you would tell the owner while claiming to be the owner. Nothing obvious has changed in over 5 years, since you've 'contacted the owner or manager'. How is this place still even in business? Seems like the staff has horrible manners. 4Stars? More like 2 at best. No my friends look and read all of the reviews yourselfs and ask yourself if you want the same value and treatment."

"So our household loves firehouse subs. We've been to multiple locations in dfw. This location I ordered our usual and it was 70% skimpier in ingredients and it was a horrible mess. Gave 2 stars for the fact that my order was ready on time and there was a lady in there who was nice. They were also using a shop vac in there and it was noisy, but that's probably bc it was raining alot. Usually I'm sitting and eating and super happy. But this one was a disappointment. Won't be coming back to this location unfortunately. Picture is my hook and ladder. So sad and disappointing."
