Jack in the Box

"Do not try to go through here at night. I don't know if they changed the guy up, but the guy that worked the drive-thru and the counter is rude, non-compliant, and just all-around worthless. I've stood at the front counter for a good 20 minutes with him seeing me waiting but never acknowledging my existence. Finally, the guy from The Grill comes up and asks me if I've been helped?. This guy tells him to go back to his station, "I'll take care of it" and then just walks off again. Any other time of day, I think this place is good, good food, the staff is usually very helpful and attentive to customers but don't go here after 10:00 and that's when you see that line through the drive-thru going around the building cuz he just he don't care! I've been there at night on a few occasions, not just once, and you can hear people talking loudly from the order window trying to get his attention, and people standing at the front counter pacing around irritably and he's just sitting there on his phone texting looking at pictures whatever, I know working fast food can be a stressful but it's not a hard job although you can apparently fail at it."

"I can't believe this just happened to me. I was standing and waiting in front of the counter for 10 minutes, but nobody came to get the order. Everybody was so busy doing their thing in the back. I wasn't the only customer they had either. There were 4 people waiting behind me, but nobody cared. Girl with red shirt, I assume that was the manager, made eye contact couple of times, but that was it. O turned around and left, and few of the customers left when I did as well. Poor service."

"Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best places for fast food, and I always go here when I crave late-night food. As usual, jalapeño poppers they are my forever favorite, but this time, I tried a fish sandwich, and it was pretty good. I was starving,and I also ordered spicy chicken wraps I really like them staff is very friendly too"

"I moved to this area about two years ago and had no problem going to this jack in the box. In fact I would go out of my way from the main street location just to come here because they "were" more efficient. However as of recently idk if it's new staff or what but I've been receiving half cold food, workers who I just see stand around and gossip and not even a smile or thank you half the time. This is mostly in the afternoon after 7pm usually. I enjoy jack in the box but it's been more difficult lately justifying going over there. Edit after a year. Things have slightly gotten better but today I was extremely disappointed in my sandwich. Buttery jack that's not buttery but closer to burnt. Come on seriously?"

"Dallas, TX. My husband always gets the Teriyaki Bowl with Egg Roll in California and he went on alert when we saw our first Jack-in-the-Box outside of Cali here in Dallas. One piece of the chicken was slightly cold but the rest of the bowl was hot. He said the egg roll looked slightly larger than usual but also slightly over cooked. Everything tasted good enough to him. Tables were clean today, 6/5/2023 at 2:01 pm. Crew on drive through were hustling and greeting the regulars. They smiled and welcomed us."
