"Good evening, I came to this location at Midlothian 910 E Main St Subway tonight (Jan 23 8pm) I went with my mother who made a very large scene and yelled at both employees over almost nothing. I would like to personally apologize to specificly the two employees, a sweet man and young woman for her behavior. Both employees were very respectful, reasonable, and professional. I am sincerely sorry for their night likely ruined and verbally abused. Thank you subway for the dinner I hope you have a great night. :)"
"Put an online order on & came to the store to pickup. Well there was 1 person working at a rush time & our order wasn't even started. We literally had to wait for the line of people & then the poor guy finally started our order."
"Worst subway you could possibly come to. I ordered extra meat on my sandwich did not get it. They do not know how to answer the phone died. Evidently they don’t know how to read or anything else. My dad’s sandwich was not right either but he took it anyways because he had to get ready to go to work and that was his dinner for tonight. The kid is rude and everything else like it was my fault that they did not know how to read or learn how to read."
"At 1:20pm today you had three customers walk out because we could hear people playing in the back while one person was upfront helping others. Then when it was my time to order she completely ignored the line and walked away. I was planning on ordering 3 sub meals that's about 40-50$ you just lost out on."
"This location is inside of Walmart, so it’s convenient and constantly busy. On this particular day it was a very long line, and the gentlemen pictured working was doing everything by his self while the young lady was in the back on the phone clearly we customers could see her cause the door was open. Not professional or worried about getting the line down at all - it’s another location right down the street go there instead, they have better service and it’s never a line."
