"I have worked at chipotle for over a year at a different location but I came to this location today… to start lady was extremely RUDE… I ordered a kids build your own (chicken, double white rice) they didn’t even give a full scoop of them… I asked for a side of corn and they told me since I got 3 items I would have to pay an extra $2 … for what??? My location makes sure we give a good amount of whatever you ask for and We NEVER charge anyone for extra sides when they get kids meals… NEVER coming to this location again"
"The steak they show on tv is nothing like what they served. It should have been $11/person. We had 3 people, no drinks. Cost us $43. Hmmm."
"Listen to me. The chain is good this location is like wondering through and coming to the river Styx. How this place has any business is a wonder to all involved. There were 12 people I side working.....wait I'm sorry they were fighting each other like high school kids. They told someone whose order was I correct that they would not correct it. Told her to get back in line and order something else"
"My recent experience at this Chipotle was disappointing to say the least. I walked in to place an order, but I couldn't help but notice the peculiar behavior of the staff. The lady at the front counter appeared to actively avoid helping me and instead chose to assist someone who arrived after me. This lack of attention was perplexing. Additionally, there was an older man in the back who seemed to give me hostile looks for no apparent reason. It felt as if I was interrupting something. Even the gentleman to the right, who emerged from the restroom, avoided making eye contact or acknowledging my presence. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of basic customer service skills in a place like Chipotle. I believe that people of all ages should know how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Hopefully, the management can address these issues and improve the overall customer experience."
