"Asked for ketchup, was asked it was in the bag with the order as well as the other sauces. There wasn't, went in and they said "it's in the bag". Checked again thoroughly and nothing. Went in once again, asked and was told... "Oh, we we forgot to put the sauces in your order""
"I called this location before placing an order to confirm that they served real catfish; not Swai or Whiting. A woman answered and confirmed it was USDA farm raised catfish so I placed my order. Upon receiving my order via DoorDash, I immediately knew it was not catfish. I have caught and cooked my own catfish plenty of times so I was 100% sure. I called the store back and asked for a manager and explained what happened. This time a man answered and said it is indeed NOT catfish but Swai. If you are advertising catfish, that is what I expect to receive! Be mindful that people, including myself, are allergic to some foods and this could have ended badly. Be honest the first time! Now I am out of money and a meal. I will NEVER support this business again"
