"It was quiet and lonely which should have stopped me but hoping to taste something from back home I went in expecting a good homemade fried chicken that takes me back, but alas I was disappointed, KFC was the deal back in 2018 but now the quality and quantity has gone down a few notches. Wouldn't recommend going here, chick fil a or McDonald's is better."

"Just came from this store and purchased two pot pies from the drive through. When I got the food home one of the pies had a bad consistency. It was like it was made with mashed potatoes instead of diced. It was so bad I returned to the store with the item to see if I could get an exchange. The two women behind the counter were unwilling to help me in any way, stating that there could not be anything wrong with it. I used to eat these on a regular basis so I know what it should taste like. I guess this is a sign to get off of fast food because there is obviously no quality control over their products, even if you put it in front of their faces. Roll the dice if you want to eat from here but I'm out."

"$28 USD to eat a piece of cold as a pole and dried as El Paso chicken, smh. In this economy thats an insult to the people whom hardly spend money to enjoy a whole life by choice fast food as KFC, very dissapointed and most definitely this restaurant goes to the "No-Go" zone list. First thing I asked when approched the window was "Do you have any chicken frying at the moment that I can wait for? (Cause I really wanted to enjoy a piece of chicken from KFC, I didnt even cook to go there, well, wrong choice) She said "Chicken came out from fryer minutes ago" I said "Awesome!" But apparently she decided to give me a left over cold and dried chicken probably from 3 hrs ago, I dont get it, how an awesome chicken has been messed up like that, I guess is the rush to deep fry, storage and reach the 30 seconds on window by customer goal and then spend time on tik tok, instagram and whatsapp. What a shame!"

"I should’ve read the reviews before I ate here. I ordered a 2 piece combo , repeatedly asked for fresh food(It’s a habit) . The guy taking the orders said , “everything fresh”. I got home, and my food was hot, but chicken wasn’t done, and everything was awful . I mean how can you go wrong with mashed potatoes ? Or chicken ? Chicken was over cooked on the outside but wasn’t done on the inside. So I took it back up there and they looked at me like I was In the wrong for wanting fresh and cooked food. I will never eat at this nasty place ever again. I wish I could rate them a 0, cause They don’t even deserve 1 star !"
