"While trying to pay for my food a female comes up behind me . I could feel her so close and in my space I looked over my shoulder. She committed " I am not being Rude " yes you are entering my space and stopping me from finishing my transaction.the young lady behind the counter stops my transaction and looks at the female behind me and asked her if she is picking up a order , while I am still trying to finish my transaction. She stepped up and said she was picking up a order and again says I am not being rude . Clearly she knew she was being rude . When was able to finish my purchase I said to her and her manager that was standing around behind the counter that I was displeased with the service and explained that they need to wait on the customer standing in front of them and finish one transaction at a time when again from behind me. That same voice I wasn't being rude . I did not acknowledge her and continued to focus on the manager. Letting him know it was unexceptable. He just stood making excuses. I will not go back . You have lost a customer."

"This place used to be acceptable, but lacked A lot to be desired in the service department. It's been A long while since I've eaten here. The food has always been great, but the staff was not good in the communication area. You can sense A whole new attitude. They removed the trash cans and they actually remove your trash themselves. On top of that, they clean the table as well.I don't remember seeing them wash tables before. The staff now are very attentive, asking you if they can help with any questions, the old staff barely spoke. In addition the night manager checked on each table to see if the customer needed anything. MUCH IMPROVED! I know it's basically fast food BBQ, but they take good care of their customers. Happy, I went back and will continue too."

"I had been wanting to try this place for a while and it was great. Brisket was great. Coleslaw tasted fresh so did the fried cabbage which I had never tried. They do catfish on Fridays between 5pm and 9pm. I loved it will have to go back."

"This place was excellent. Had the best smoked turkey I ever had. Brisket and sausage were great. The sides are fantastic. Really good value for the money."

"If you are looking for a BBQ place that knocks it out of the park with both their meat and their sides, look no further. I have had many of their menu items but by far my favorite is the baked potato with chopped beef and their potato salad. I have been known to stop and buy a side of potato salad just to eat as a snack or a meal itself. SO GOOD! And - I noticed recently they are offering holiday dinners. Although I have not yet tried that portion of their menu, I can imagine that it would be one of the best holiday meals you could buy and not have to cook yourself."
