"We usually go to this location several times a month usually on Wednesday’s. Tonight we had the most amazing guy who took our order. He told us his name was Voice but I believe his whole name is, and I’m not sure I’m spelling it correctly, LeVoice. He greeted us immediately when we walked in the door and we exchanged Happy Valentine greetings to another. He was so friendly and engaging while taking our order that I thanked him for being that way, and told him I was happy to see him working at this location! The manager happened to be helping out in the grill area and I told him I wanted to give a shout out to Voice so he literally did a shout out over the microphone, LOL - I certainly hope to see him next time we go!"
"I was warmly greeted by Voice when I entered last night. Hadn't seen him in a while. We recognized each other and caught up a bit. It was like bumping into a friend I hadn't seen in a while. Love when the staff know and recognize you. Food and drinks were great as always. Atmosphere was good but I'm still lobbying for an outdoor but enclosed deck, not just a sidewalk with tables. (similar but better than the Flower Mound and Grapevine locations, it's a BIG parking lot). Keep the baja vibe stoked! :-)"
"There was hair in my taco!!! Tried calling the store, no answer!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! Idk why I came back. They're rude AF in here!! No greeting or anything. Just walked up to the register and looked at me...I think this will be my last time. They clearly haven't made any positive changes. Everyone is rude and always look angry and the cooks don't wear hair nets. Im disgusted again"
