"It’s no wonder they have such a low star rating. Can’t even greet customers when they walk in? I wonder how many issues would be solved if staff simply just started greeting people again. It’s wild. Would you ignore your parents if they walked into your house? Rude employees are so disgusting, and stupid ones are even worse. Ten minutes past expected pickup time for a mobile order? For cold brew? Are you kidding me? Do better. Be better."
"I guess my mobile order was made alot quicker than the drive thru could move because by the time I received my drink the cold foam was gone and my sandwhich was cold. I double-checked with the lady at the window if she even gave me the right order."
