"I’ve been to this Jack in the Box a couple of times due to its close proximity to my work. While conveniently located, the quality of both the food and service is simply subpar. The food is stale and cold and the workers are not well-mannered or remotely try to be warm and inviting. I get the stress of working the drive thru and wanting to keep the time per car short (I’ve worked drive thru) but you can still smile and greet your customers instead of just opening the door and announcing the price without making any eye contact."
