"Once you taste this coffee, you will not want anything else! It has ruined all other coffee for me! The Nicaragua and Mexican Chiapas are my favorites. Both are smooth, well balanced and full of flavor with absolutely no acidity. The Nicaragua is a little lighter (medium roast) with a nutty base and fruity top notes. The MC is a little more full bodied with chocolate and caramel running through. And just as a side note, I am in no way affiliated with this business. This is an honest to goodness rave review from a customer that happened upon them at a local artisan fair."
