"Quality has plummeted at this location and yet the prices keep going up. They just don't make their products with any care anymore. You can tell everything is just slapped together like a fast food value menu burger. Insides are always completely dried out. The sausage ones always have exposed sausage coming out the side and all the cheese came out during cooking and the pepperoni ones you can tell they just grabbed like 6 pepperoni in a stack and lumped them in like that. At these prices, the quality should be better than the standard mom n pop kolache shop but it's usually worse. If you like the sweet white bread this place uses, Morning Kolaches also uses that style of bread and is way better bang for your buck and quality is usually better too."

"Order 16 Kolaches online when I was picking up she was putting it in the box with freaking big nails. That's okay, I asked her to make sure if she counted 16 she said yes only received 15. Management needs to be better, that kind of nail is unacceptable in food business. I will report to the city."

"Kind of skimpy on the sausage and gravy at this one. I love Kolache Factory but this was disappointing. Very friendly staff, though."

"Heard good things about this place from my friends so I decided to check it out. The workers were extremely polite, which was pleasant. The food was great - There was a very large variety of kolaches and kolache styles (which was pretty surprising considering I went later in the day), and it all tasted great! My only complaint is that the prices are a little high for the size of their kolaches, but given the quality of the food I received, I can understand why they are. Most kolaches on the menu are between $3.50-$4.50, and 1 wasn’t enough to satisfy my appetite. Definitely a place that prioritizes quality over quantity, which I can respect. This place won’t become a morning staple for me given that it isn’t too friendly on the budget, but it’s definitely a nice spot to grab some top-tier kolaches once in a while! I’ll be coming back :)"

"This was such a great place to visit. Family enjoyed this Kolache Factory opening so close to Pearland Parkway. This location has been open since last Wednesday and has been staying busy. The store is really clean and we loved the fresh look inside. The staff is really friendly especially the owner Tony. He has worked so hard to get to this point in his life. We wish him much success and will continue to support his business. Oh and the Kolaches were all fresh and super delicious. Sign up for rewards. Today was National Pizza day so kids tried it and loved it. Plus we had coupon for buy one get one free. Good luck Tony and God bless! Support local."
