"The workers as this location are always rude, and have given me the wrong order on two different occasions. I went inside to politely get the correct order, and the staff shoved the box back to me once correcting the order. Better staff required."
"I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!"
"I went back again and the rude lady said their donuts are never hot. I asked for hot, she says they are fresh. I’m not asking for fresh, I’m asking for hot! Having people who don’t understand the difference between hot and fresh serving customers is beyond me!! I hate this location!!"
"Store is clean, 1. Customer Service needs work 2. Prices are higher than other Shipleys 3. Glazed donuts are never hot 4. Machine ask for tip, why? Tip to make prices even higher..."
"Near SCHS, this Shirley's is a well- managed breakfast stop in Pearland / Shadow Creek area. They did a wonderful job with 6 dozen donuts and kolaches (the best boudin kolaches anywhere) Overall - Fast, fresh, friendly and yummy - not much else to anyone could ask for ?!"
