"If I could leave a zero I would. We’ve gone to this location at least 5 times. The last straw was when we got unsweet teas and chicken strips. My sister kept telling me hers tasted like it had chemical in it. Mine tasted fine and I kept telling her she was wrong. Later on in our trip she told me to taste hers. It was terrible! It was like they left cleaning chemicals in the machine from the night before and put tea on top of it. It was awful. We got there right at 11:00 and all of the tables were dirty as they opened. I had to say something when I walked in as heard people talking in the drive thru and was there for 10 minutes before they would acknowledge me. I will not go there again. Terrible experience and people that work there just don’t care."

"Food and service was good. There is a strong sewer smell in both restrooms."

"Chris (the general manager) lacks the ability to comprehend and manage his own employees, underpaying as well as heavy favoritism among his employees, none of them seem to be properly trained nor certified. The food is handled without care and the drink machines can go weeks without being cleaned or handled properly. The amount of fire hazards within the store is astonishing, such as the grease buildup behind and under the friers and plugs being one, grease buildup so accumulated that it turned into actual stalagmites. Some food if dropped would be pushed under the line and left to rot. This isn't made up, this isn't fake, I'm writing this to let you all know and understand that the management there allows this to happen and genuinely doesn't care about the quality of the food nor the customer, it is a hungry money self entitlement that's allowed the store to reach this point. Do not eat here, the food isn't safe, the employees aren't trained nor certified and the owner does not care I'm writing this as an ex employee, who left on their own accord."

"Service was decent but my main problem is with the manager, Chris. He is rude when he is there and that's rare because he leaves constantly while on shift. None of his workers have their food certification meaning they're not allowed to work. Half of the employees there are rude and forget parts of your order. I ordered the 2 fish with a roll and french fries and I never got my roll or french fries and it happened numerous times."

"Chicken was either over cooked or had been sitting under heat lamps for too long. Very disappointing when you spend $60+ for a family meal and you can barely eat the chicken."
