"I ordered pizza from list location first time about two months ago. The pizza delivered was not what I ordered & I got a refund. So, tonight I try them again. On their app my pizza status for over 30 minutes said on its way. I called spoke to some guy who kept speaking over me & told him if that pizza has been sitting 30 mins I don't want it! Sure enough shows up cold! Last time I will ever order from this location!"

"The evening of 12-20-23... They charge $.75 per peperochini. I ordered 2 extra sides of peperochinis and received a grand total of 3 single peppers... that's right, I paid $1.50 for nothing, and I didn't get any of the extra sauce I ordered as well. They got me for about $4 in extra sides. I'll make sure to forget my tip next time."

"This place needs new management. My delivery driver took an hour an hour to drive 10 minutes and management just seemed like they didn’t care when I asked to cancel my order. I’m in customer service so I know how a customer should be treated and I feel like I got treated like what I ordered meant nothing. Well guess you lost a customer and I’m sure a lot more if your delivery drivers arrive an hour after the estimated time. And management acts like they don’t care."

"I placed an order over the weekend for two pizzas. The delivery arrived on time, but the driver realized he was short a pizza. He quickly reassured me he'd go back to grab the other pizza and deliver that as well. Part of me expected him to forget or just let it go because it was what I assume to be a busy Saturday evening. Not only did he come back, but he did so in a very timely manner with two piping hot pizzas and great customer service. Sometimes pizza places get a lot of flack for mix-ups, but it was handled so well and we'll be happily ordering again in the future. This location was great! Thank you, again."
