"I ordered on the app and when I was given my order they didn’t give me the right item. I ordered mozzarella sticks and was given fries. They didn’t tell me why nor did they inform me they were out."
"Waited over 30 mins for 4 ice cream orders. Saw well over 20 cars go through the drive through. They clearly priority the drive thru verses pull up. I definetly won't be back to this location. This is extremely unexceptable. Finally got mine and it's melted."
"Worst service ever! Do not work the drive through greeting customers or at the window if you don't know how to speak, or greet your customers. The black woman at the window acted like a mute person, she never once said hello, or Thank you, Nothing, how rude. I asked her if she was mute, she said no, and not once apologized for her rudeness. She shut the glass window, rolled her eyes and turned away, again ghetto and rude! By the way this is the second time she's at the window, within the week and is so unprofessional. Mrs Marla Guzman train your people better. My ticket states her name is Victoria, but her tag has a total different name on it. Not good for business. To top it off, I ordered chili cheese tater tots, they didn't even add cheese to my order?"
"When I order a blast they put like one piece of candy. If I pay like .70 extra they give me two pieces of candy. This is EVERY time. I literally add my own candy from home. No more, from now onwards on I will only buy drinks at Sonic…maybe. See the picture included. This is their definition of “chocolate .”"
