"Just waited 30 minutes in the drive through after ordering to find out they didn’t even have an order in the system for me when I arrived at the window. The two cars in front of me drove off without being handed any food as well. I don’t think anyone is getting fed today."
"My food was cold the place was disorganized. I place my order with drive-thru. My receipt said my order was placed at 7:06. I did not get my order until 7:37. She said I had fresh fries, I did not. Bacon not cooked. Kids chicken strip cold. This is crazy. I don't mind waiting, when the food comes out hot. Wrost service and a waste of money."
"I had to wait for 16 minutes for just three burgers or the fact that two out of the three of the three burgers were wrong! Also when I went to get a drink the counter was covered fluid to where it got on my arm since I'm in a wheelchair I had to reach right across the stuff to get my drink. Plus the floor of the restaurant wasn't exactly clean either. I wasn't impressed at all since they weren't busy at all as there was only one couple inside and three cars in the drive through. Terrible that a person had to wait 16 minutes for three burgers and a wrong order on top of it and a messy restaurant to boot. Plus they never offered to open a door for me or help me through them and they could see me in my wheelchair plain as day plus they didn't even say "sorry for the wait"."
"I placed an order at 12:25 pm Sunday 6/26/22 I received my order at 1:29 pm. I am exactly .4 miles from the restaurant. My delivery driver was there before 12:40pm , sitting there waiting!!! She was great communicating to me letting me know she was waiting and I tracked her on the app so I know she was there! It literally took her 4 minutes to drive to my apartment after they gave her my $33 order! Everything was cold! The onion rings were literally stuck to the container they were in. The fries were cold a mushy! The burgers were cold!!! I am extremely disappointed that a delivery driver sat there for around 45 minutes waiting for hot food to deliver and I guarantee that my food was sitting there for a long time before they gave it to her!!! There is NO WAY my food got that cold on a 4 minute drive! This is horrible!!!"
