"I was warned about this location but I didn't believe it. They proved the hearsay true. If only I'd double-checked my bag before leaving. I asked for 2 orders of French fries and one order of coleslaw. Instead, I ended up with 4 containers of coleslaw and no fries. My receipt showed exactly what I ordered. I should have listened to the warning. If I had the receipt, that would be what my photo would be of."
"These wings were so suppose to be bbq. They were horrible!!!!! The lady who was the manager stayed on the phone while getting my order together. I've visited this location previously and it horrible but I thought who can go wrong with wings. They were also dry!!! I will never return to this location."
"Felix/Service was a 6. Straight forward answers as to what chicken was fresh, offered sample to satisfy inquiry. I wanted the spicy but most importantly I want it hot. Hot regular no problem, I could be to particular with this location and I didn’t have to wait. Very impressed with this young man taking his job serious enough to address customer satisfaction. I have been to this location previously and vowed not to return but after returning from a 6h road trip and cowboys are about to play surely today had to be better and glad to say it was. Thank you Felix for not allowing me to leave disappointed. Management please treat Felix right and build you customer service around Felix in order raise your store above the 2.4/5 review."
"If you’re getting any wings with sauce either get extra sauce before u leave or check your order cause they definitely gonna short u on the sauce if I order BBQ WINGS I expect every wing sauced up not half a$$ to were they look like regular hot wings…. They definitely need to get it together I’m spending my money I expect to get exactly what I paid for."
"I would rate this store lower than a one star but I have to put one star just to leave a review. I saw a special on the menu board I ordered it or I tried to. The manager told me she doesn't know what I'm talking about! Clearly I saw this special on the menu board. This store has some issues and you can tell from the reviews. Keep in mind I was dealing directly with the manager who was working the drive-thru who doesn't know the menu. The owner of this store needs to do better when hiring!"
