"Ive been to many jersey mikes’s over the past years and this is the single worst experience I've had. The lobby wasnt cleaned no one even tried to interact it was just so dead and not jersey mikes. The gentleman who topped my sub didnt do mikes way proper he ripped the onions and didnt put enough juice. Overall no bueno will not be back"
"When you walk in the crew is crazy busy, so we walked to the Order Here sign and waited. Eventually the lady who was both cutting meat and the bread, took our order in between doing both of those things. We both ordered the California club sandwich's one regular and one giant. We walked down the line and the place was so loud that the kid making our sandwiches had to lean over the glass to hear me and I am loud. The sandwiches and small bag of chips were good and all but not worth 35 dollars. I mean it was wheat bread, cheese, turkey, two slices of bacon, some guac smeared in the bread with lettuce. It was not a bad experience but doubt we will spring for 35 dollars sammies again."
"How hard can it be to read a ticket when you're literate?! I'm so sick & tired of this happening. My order is a Philly NO Onions!! NO Veggies!!! ONLY meat, cheese & mayo! Seriously how hard is that to read?!Selective sight is what I call it since they just see Philly! It doesn't matter if I order it in store since I've had to correct them while standing there even though I just said NO Onions! I order it online & it's been wrong every single time!! I'm done eating a hot sub I paid for cold because I have to pick onions out of my sub. I'm fed up, disgusted & will NEVER return. My business will go to a restaurant with employees who read specialty tickets."

"I only order online through their app. Half the time, they have my order ready by the promised time. Today, i waited while they serviced 10 people in line past my promised time. I watched people put in their orders and getting their food before me. Most of my lunch break was spent watching them work. What is the point of online ordering then? The ONLY reason i go to this location is because it's the only one near me. Probably not going back for awhile...very disappointed."
