"Seems they always are missing something. Or they don't put sauces this last time I ordered. We ordered got the sandwiches but also ordered 2 orders of tacos an they forgot one order an no taco sauce last time we got chicken strips an egg rolls an jalapeno poppers tacos no sauces for any of it"
"I went to this place with great past experiences, but today was the cherry on top. They had such bad professionalism, I mean the person attending me started laughing while taking my order, and it was obviously at me before y’all say anything. Then, they had told me to go to the front and I didn’t mind but they didn’t tell anyone else to go to the front, just us. And lastly, they forgot ONE OF MY ITEMS, they took the money and didn’t add it in, I mean ?? What"
"Extremely under filled fries, burger was excellent. Service from the night shift is not too good, the front cashier and the guy at the fryer seem not to care about giving good customer service been on his cellphone and not changing the gloves for new ones; it is not hygienic at all!"

"Ordered a Mushroom Swiss Buttery Jack, Sourdough Jack meal, and the chocolate cake. My Buttery Jack only had a patty,bacon, cheese, small amount of sauce, and bun. I took pics to share. It's obvious there's nothing under the cheese. Unfortunately, I was going to have lunch with my daughter at school, for her birthday. I didn't realize the mistake until we were eating together. I couldn't go back and get it fixed. Very disappointed."
