"Chipotle is usually my go to place when I’m in a different area. I’m in town for a few days on business and decided to try this location. The reviews were pretty good. Almost all of the locations I have been to are good but once in a while, you find a dirty one and the reviews usually match. I had the chicken tacos yesterday and they were great. I was feeling more of a bowl today and it also was very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and quickly filled up with customers. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and I will be back whenever I’m in the area."
"Went there an ordered a chicken bowl and Carne Asada bowl. No drinks purchased and the bill was $33.00. When I got the receipt I was charged $1.80 for Queso and $2.80 for Guacamole, there was nothing on the menu board showing these as add on extras. Way to much money and no notice by the employees telling you there is extra charge for this. They had 9 people working there and the tables were not clean, the trash bins were overflowing and they just stood waiting for the next customer. Will never be back to Chipolte's way overpriced food."
"Good food. Service was lacking. My mom and I felt rushed and overwhelmed by the employees' impatience. It was my first time, and there was no one behind us so they had no excuse for their abruptness and unwillingness to explain things. Definitely need customer service training."
"The food is always good here, but the last several times I have ordered in the app, the food is never ready when you schedule it. I will order an hour in advance, but when I get there, the order hasn’t even been printed yet. That kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The people working are doing the best they can and are really kind. Corporate needs to better staff these places at rush time if they hate going to allow on line ordering."
"My last two visits were not great. The store was filthy/dining room. Customer service was terrible. All the employees appeared to be teenagers. The person making my food seemed to be having a bad day,and it affected the way she made my food. She was throwing the food in the bowl as if she had somewhere else to be. I enjoy Chipotle, but I would rather spend my money where the customer comes first."
