BoomerJack's Grill

"I’m a big fan of Boomer Jack’s food, I’ve brought many family members and friends here over the years for celebrations and casual meals. The food is always spectacular, but the service is not great. Without fail, the last three times i’ve been here it has taken quite a while to be seated, and even longer to be served. I was even prompted to write this review after watching another group of two get seated after my girlfriend and i did, and get served immediately even though we have been waiting 10+ minutes already. If they could get the service done better, this would be an easy 5 star and an easy recommend to everyone i know."

"First time here and the food was really good, simple but delicious! Our server, Kayla, was great - friendly and attentive - not too much or too little. She was a joy to interact with and went along with our silliness and played along a bit too, which made us very happy. All in all, it was a great meal and atmosphere. Definitely give this restaurant a try!"

"So I was having the worst day-to-day and then I came in to Boomer jacks and My day totally changed for the better Because of Omar , he was Our bartender and he totally turned my day around with his positive and Uplifting attitude. His energy was absolutely amazing. The service was also incredible and it was just a great atmosphere in general. The food we ordered was also amazing and very fresh. I would highly recommend."

"I've been to the Boomerjacks in mesquite around 1 am and had a great experience. So I decided to try the Boomerjacks in Arlington. First, I tried placing an order online, but it kept giving me issues so I just called it in. The lady who took my order was very nice and patient, so I had high hopes. I came by to pick up my order, asked someone at the bar, and they went to get my order. He came back really quick, handed me my food, and told me to have a good night. I said thank you, but told him I hadn't paid yet, so could I pay for it there. He asked the bartender, she said no (was probably closing out) and he told me to go to the other register. I went up to one of the other waiter, he helped find my order and pay for it. I just counted it as a short-staffed busy night for them, and headed home. I was so happy to see all the food I had ordered until I cut into the steak. I had asked for Medium rare. My steak was still blue with the lightest grill marks you've ever seen. I'd recommend to not bother ordering out, and just stick to either dining in or preparing your own steak at home. Especially for $28. Glad I have a stove top so I can finish cooking my meal. At least my partners quesadilla was well done."

"I had the DOUBLE DOUBLE SMASHED burger, it had good flavor it was a bummer the fries where stale. My wife had nachos and she thought they where good. The pretzel we all enjoyed. Tonight the service was on point and prompt."
