"Will not be back. Took 10 min to put order in because I had a ? about what was on it. No waiters ..have to put your own order in. Then it ask for a tip..really for what I did all the work. Have to go get your own order then have to have recept to get drink ,so has to walk back to table and dig it out of purse. Very disappointing as love this place. Now I see why the closed so many."

"We hadn’t been to this place in quite some time but they have almost eliminated all customer interaction. They never had great servers but now you order from a kiosk, go sit and wait until they call your name for you shake or food. You basically bus your own table like a fast food restaurant. It seems like the size of the burgers have gotten smaller and the price has increased as well, talk about shrinkflation. Honestly the food is great but they sacrificed their soul for profit it seems. They show old time photos of their restaurants but they have changed so far."
