"I ordered on the mobile app. I go to pick Up my order and was told it was already picked up. Obviously I didn’t pick it up so I asked well I didn’t pick it up and asked if I could get a refund or get my order remade because I just spent $30 on this order. They refused to do so after me showing my phone to them and them taking it twice to look at the order I proved was mine. Lady tells me “let me go get the manager” manger proceeded to do absolutely nothing and not help me in anyway. Told me to call some number on the app because it wasn’t their fault they handed out my order to the wrong person. So I lost $30 and got no food from it not even a refund. Hate this location."
"Are you kidding me!!! This location should just close it's doors to all.patrons except Uber and DoorDash. This was our 3rd time coming thru the drive-thru only to be told they are short staffed and wanted us to wait 10minutes for our order to even be taken. Seriously!?!? This time we spoke with management who said he would take our order but we would need to wait 10 -15 for a plain and dry burger. Completely inexcusable and very poor customer service. We will never come back to this location."
"The young lady in the drive thru window with the heavy eye makeup just argued with me about my order. I repeated myself 3 times while placing the order and it still wasn't right. I went back through the drive thru to let them know and she literally went back and forth with me about the order. Poor customer service."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We were waiting 30 min on the drive thru, they don not care if you get a services or not. The customer service is HORRIBLE! They give us the wrong order. This is the third time that this happens to us! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!"
"Its closest jack near my job , they can never get my food right i paid for a number 10 and they gave me a whole different meal i couldnt go back because by the time i got my order and got back to my job i had to go in already bad service"
